Oilserv Opens Graduate Trainee Programme for Young Nigerian Engineers
Oilserv Limited has opened applications for its Graduate Trainee Programme, offering young Nigerian engineering graduates an opportunity to gain practical industry experience, develop professional skills and build careers in the energy and engineering sector.

Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to qualified Nigerian candidates who meet the stipulated requirements.
Applicants must be Nigerian citizens and must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Candidates should have between zero and two years of work experience and possess a Second Class Upper (2:1) bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Applicants are also expected to have knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Other qualities sought by Oilserv include leadership potential, effective communication, teamwork and collaboration skills, integrity, professionalism, willingness to learn and adapt, and a strong passion for the energy industry.
